José Cusco, M.D.
Internal Medicine
Dr. José Cusco is board certified in internal medicine. He holds a medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed a residency at Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Cusco has more than 30 years of health care experience, including in long-term care and hospital settings.
Kendria Holt-Rogers, M.D.
Internal Medicine
Dr. Kendria Holt-Rogers is board certified in internal medicine and has more than 15 years of experience in primary care. Dr. Holt-Rogers earned a medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and completed a residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
Joe Rooks, Jr., APRN-CNP
Adult Medicine
Joe Rooks is a board-certified nurse practitioner. He holds a master’s degree in nursing from University of Central Arkansas and a master’s degree in health care systems management from Loyola University New Orleans. Rooks has practiced in the New Orleans area for more than 25 years and has extensive experience caring for older adults.
