Primary Care Plus is excited to announce that family nurse practitioner Tammy Hebert-Briley has joined its new Lafayette clinic. Tammy holds a master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Before joining Primary Care Plus, she served as a nurse practitioner for Ochsner University Hospital & Clinics.
